Tracey Flynn

Instructor

Tracey is a Grove City native and she and her husband, David, live in Mercer. Tracey started playing pickleball in 2015 because she was on an educational sabbatical and her friends started playing. Since then, she has been a second-year NPL, 2023 Gamma Silver Senior Pro Singles, and a 2023 Silver PPA Senior Pro Mixed. Her favorite shot is a backhand roll. When she’s not playing pickleball, Tracey enjoys hiking, golfing, skiing, and snowboarding.

Michele Baratt

Instructor

Michele is a PPR-certified Professional Pickleball Instructor and a back-to-back Senior Games National Champion. She is also a multi-medal winner across local, state, regional, and national tournaments and proudly represents Team Joola as a sponsored player. With a background as a Division 1 college tennis player, Michele brings a deep understanding of the game to her coaching. Her engineering background fuels her passion for studying the mechanics behind a great pickleball shot. Off the court, she enjoys trying new recipes, listening to music, or—often—heading back to the pickleball court. Michele’s favorite thing about the sport is the lasting friendships it creates.
